Payment, Insurance, & Policies

Payment: All major credit cards accepted. Most HSA/FSA cards welcome. CareCredit available for KAP Packages. Apply for CareCredit here.
Insurance: Coverage available for select plans through Alma. Clients are responsible for copays, coinsurance, and any non-covered services. Verify your insurance here.

Packages: KAP packages are non-refundable once started. Unused sessions may be applied toward future therapy or integration sessions within 6 months.
Cancellations: 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations are billed at half the session rate. No-shows are billed at the full session rate.
